- Cons – underused, not thought about, not measurable

- Pros – usually free, fast, wide-spread
- Cons – no control – issues that you don’t want advertised can get promoted very quickly!
- Sponsorship
- Pros – great for local support, building awareness in the community, no fixed cost
- Cons – can be a waste of time, often unmeasurable, generally requires involvement
